Fund ControllerI grew up in South Africa and now live in Guernsey.
I earned my Bachelor in Accounting (Hons) from Stellenbosch University before starting my career with EY Cape Town in their assurance department where I qualified as a Chartered Accountant and became a registered member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
I relocated to Guernsey to continue my assurance career with EY, focusing predominantly on clients in the Wealth and Asset Management industry. Prior to joining White Star I worked in Internal Audit at a Guernsey-based insurance company, where I reviewed key operational processes and recommended improvements to strengthen efficiency and control.
I’m energised by the pace, innovation, and collaboration that define the venture capital world. I’m proud to be part of White Star Capital, a diverse and talented team helping entrepreneurs build innovative businesses worldwide.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about team sports and play hockey for both Guernsey and a local club. I’ve also enjoyed competing in various social leagues, including netball and basketball. When I’m not on the pitch or court, you’ll often find me running, cliff walking, or at a beach barbeque, making the most of Guernsey’s beautiful outdoors.
