I started my career with Renault in 1977 as International Treasurer having graduated from ESCP- Europe business school in 1976. I became CFO of Renault Crédit International in 1984 to 1989.

Following this I joined the Pinault Group as CFO and was appointed Deputy Director-General for Finance and Communication of Pinault-CFAO before becoming Managing Director of Groupe Artémis, the investment company of the Pinault group until 2018.

During my career I have been Chairwoman of Christie’s International Ltd and served on various boards as an independent Director including Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, PSA Peugeot-Citroen & Air France-KLM. I was appointed to lead the Investment Committee of the French government’s Strategic Investment Fund from 2008 to 2013. In 2017, I was appointed chairwoman of the French High Committee on Corporate Governance (HCGE).

I am currently a board member of Total, Axa, and Lead Member of the board of Pernod Ricard and chairwoman of the board of the “Cité de la Musique – Philharmonie de Paris”
