Second homes are commonly used for only a few weeks out of the year. Yet when considering the cost and the complexities around sourcing, maintenance, insurance, repairs and utilities, it can sometimes be hard to justify the investment.
Co-founders Labib Kaddoura and Wadih Bechara launched Fractal to solve this, offering consumers the opportunity to purchase anywhere between ⅛ and ½ of a unit, representing true ownership in the property. Then through paying a fixed monthly fee, Fractal manages administration and all additional services related to running the home, offering a hotel-like experience.
