I was born in Canada from Spanish parents who instilled in me strong family values which carry over into my work life. I have lived and worked in Canada, France, the U.A.E., England and crisscrossed Africa for six rewarding years.
Prior to joining White Star Capital, I spent time in an IoT startup in London founded by friends and colleagues and have seen it grow from pre-revenue to today being supported by Dell, Qualcomm and Intel. Before that I spent close to six years with listed telecom operator Millicom International Cellular S.A. where I was closely involved in transformative projects across Africa, and five years with Hillrom Inc., a listed medical technology company. I began my career in private practice in Canada and France.
I love what I do in support of my colleagues at White Star Capital who consistently impress with their capacity to identify technology-driven companies led by founders that have a clearly articulated and achievable vision; and help them scale their vision globally while creating value for our investors.
I love to read Haruki Murakami for his capacity to seamlessly weave real and ethereal worlds together, causing me to continually rethink what is possible!
