Since then, I have lived in New York, Los Angeles, London and finally the Bay Area for the last 6 years. My wife Pavlina, our son Elliott, our daughter Valentina and I now live half-way between San Francisco & Palo Alto in a serene and picturesque area.

I currently work for ByteDance, where I focus on our global investments & strategy. I am also a French Tech Ambassador in the Bay Area. Prior to ByteDance, I led Corporate Development globally at Pinterest. Before that, I worked at YouTube, where I drove the launch of YouTube’s subscription business and M&A efforts, and at The Walt Disney Company where I focused on Disney’s digital business. I started my career in investment banking with JPMorgan’s M&A team in Europe and in management consulting with McKinsey in New York.

I enjoy playing soccer, tennis & swimming with my family almost all year-long thanks to the great Californian weather! I also love travelling and I try to spend part of the summer in France, Italy & Greece with old friends & family.

I love modern art (Calder & Miro are some of my favorites), jazz (you can’t go wrong with John Coltrane nor Thelonious Monk!), cinema (Ozu, the French Nouvelle Vague & the New Hollywood) and classic literature (Romain Gary, Francis Scott Fitzgerald & Herman Hesse among many others). I also always enjoy watching a good soccer game rooting for “les Bleus”!
