I have over 15 years experience supporting C-Suite level executives. As well as working in the corporate world, I was a co-founder of a creative business and worked as an anxiety recovery coach/counsellor.

I exercise every day; running, road cycling and general fitness workouts. Creative hobbies are a huge part of my life, I love fashion and make my own clothes and I also spend a couple of hours a week teaching people how to sew!
