Born and raised in New York to Greek immigrants and entrepreneurs, I'm an artist by training - I studied Fine Arts - but I've spent my career in operations, scaling teams and building the infrastructure that helps companies grow.
Prior to joining White Star Capital, I was Vice President of Corporate Operations at Freshly, a healthy meal delivery company acquired by Nestlé for over $1.5 billion. As a founding member of the team, I built out the corporate operations from the ground up and scaled the infrastructure to over 2,000 employees and two million meals a week through to the acquisition.
Before Freshly, I led brand strategy and international production at Jordan Taylor, operations and reporting at Gourmet Boutique, and began my career in retail leadership at Macy’s and Brooks Brothers.
I trained as an artist, but I fell in love with operations. They’re not that different — both are about creating something from nothing and making it work beautifully. You just need to do it while the company is scaling 10x and everything around you is moving at full speed.
Outside of work, I love fashion – I have my own brand creating timeless, high-quality clothing. I grew up playing hockey and lacrosse, and I’m still drawn to speed: I’m a huge Formula 1 fan and love fast cars. When I’m not working, you’ll find me out on my boat or playing with my son and our three dogs. I speak Greek and English natively, and my go-to soundtrack is Ludovico Einaudi.
